At the same time, the hard scale increases, and the power consumption increases, which will increase by 35% in severe cases. Bio-slime is formed by cement, sediment, and septic plants, together with the bio-slime formed by microorganisms such as bacteria and algae and their secretions, and the pipeline is blocked in severe cases. The adhesion of dirt and mud will affect the heat exchange efficiency, consume a lot of power, cause high-pressure operation, and in severe cases will cause over-pressure to stop.

In order to make the heat exchanger system operate in an optimized state, special chemical treatment of the heat exchanger cooling water and chilled water system is required, namely descaling, rust removal, slime, sterilization and anticorrosion treatment, which means energy saving and Reduce operating costs. In the heat transfer process of the evaporator and condenser of the heat exchanger, the fouling directly affects the heat transfer efficiency and the normal operation of the equipment. The operation results of the heat exchanger show that the energy consumption increases by 10-10- 30%, the service life is extended, and the equipment depreciation and use expenses are reduced. Reduce accident downtime and improve cooling.

 

Cleaning can remove sludge, unblock pipelines and clean water quality. At the same time, descaling and anti-scaling improve the thermal efficiency of the condenser and evaporator, thereby avoiding the overpressure shutdown phenomenon of high-pressure operation, increasing the flow of chilled water, improving the freezing effect, and making the system operate safely. Save a lot of repair costs for users: untreated heat exchangers will cause pipeline blockage, scaling, corrosion, and overpressure shutdowns to accidents. For example, the heat exchanger is corroded and leaked, and it is polluted by the solution. It needs to replace the copper pipe, replace the solution, and repair the main engine. Generally, the maintenance cost is 20,000-50,000 yuan. After treatment, maintenance costs can be reduced, equipment life can be extended, and hundreds of thousands and millions of losses can be reduced for customers.

 

In order to make the heat exchanger system operate in an optimized state, special chemical treatment should be performed on the water system of the heat exchanger system. Scale removal, rust, mud, sterilization, anti-corrosion treatment.

 

1. Chemical cleaning and sterilization: Add chemical cleaning agents and bactericides to disperse and discharge rust, dirt, oil, bacteria and algae in the system to clean and restore to a clean metal surface;

 

2. Daily maintenance: add corrosion and scale inhibitor to avoid metal rusting and prevent calcium and magnesium ion crystallisation and precipitation.
