Operation Procedures for Column Washing In order to clean the rectification column, avoid cross-contamination, and ensure product quality, Columns must be operated in accordance with the following procedures.
Solvent reflux: According to the actual situation, after the rectification operation is completed, an appropriate amount of solvent is inhaled into the distillation kettle, and after the temperature is raised, it is refluxed at atmospheric pressure, and all the materials adsorbed in the tower can be taken out as much as possible! The selection of solvent is used in principle Recovered solvent for this process!
Clear water overflow: Add an appropriate amount of clear water directly into the kettle from the feed valve of the distillation kettle, or suck the clear water into the kettle through the top vacuum, and pre-clean it with clear water; decide whether to discharge the washing water according to the actual situation!

Washing with alkaline water: vacuum suction about 1% of the alkaline solution in the kettle, then raise the temperature to 100~110°C, collect fractions after full reflux for 60 minutes, and wash the pipeline and equipment with alkaline water.
Hot water overflow: Add an appropriate amount of clean water to the distillation kettle, heat up and reflux for 30 minutes, and collect all the alkaline water in the equipment and pipelines for the purpose of cleaning.
Vacuum drying: The rectification tower is dried by vacuum drying. The staff can confirm that there is no water in the distillation kettle through the mirror observation, and the gas phase temperature in the kettle reaches 80~90. After maintaining for 60min, the drying work is considered to be over!< /p>
Methanol washing: The qualified recovery-grade methanol solvent in the vacuum suction kettle is heated up for full reflux, and an appropriate amount is collected into each collection tank; pay attention to sampling and analysis before and after methanol reflux (including each collection tank).
Comparing the changes of the impurity content in the methanol solvent before and after cleaning the tower, it is believed that vacuum drying is also used after methanol cleaning.
Solvent cleaning: According to the production requirements of different varieties, vacuum suction an appropriate amount of solvent into the kettle, raise the temperature for full reflux, and collect the appropriate amount into each collection tank. Pay attention to sampling and analysis before and after refluxing; after solvent cleaning, vacuum is also used. The drying method is used for drying, and the drying temperature and time are determined according to the conditions of the solvent used.
Check confirmation: After the analyst passes the equipment inspection, the cleaning operation is considered to be over; otherwise, repeat step 7 to clean again until it passes.
Before putting into the equipment, the staff should carefully check the equipment to ensure that the safety accessories are complete and the vacuum degree meets the requirements.
Shower cleaning: Shower cleaning is a cyclic cleaning technology. During the cleaning process, the chemical cleaning solution is evenly sprayed on the inner surface of the cleaning system, and the gravity of the cleaning solution flows along the container wall to the bottom, so that the cleaning solution and the inner wall of the container are Full contact, chemical reaction occurs, and the tower meets the requirements of the cleaning system. By adjusting the position of the spray head, the cleaning liquid can be sprayed to the ceiling and inner wall of the container, thereby maintaining the cleaning degree of the whole container.
Circular cleaning: Circulating cleaning takes the cleaning pump station as the power source, and the cleaning fluid is circulated in the cleaning system to make the cleaning fluid react with the oil stains on the inner surface of the equipment and pipelines, so as to achieve the purpose of degreasing.
