The structure of refrigerator condenser:
The condenser, also known as the radiator, is the cooling component of the refrigerator, usually located at the back of the refrigerator. According to the different design methods of the condenser, the condenser can be divided into exposed type and built-in type.
1. Exposed condenser
The exposed condenser is directly fixed on the back of the refrigerator, and is connected to the refrigeration pipeline of the refrigerator through the network connection pipeline. Exposed condensers can be divided into wire coil condensers and louver condensers according to their own heat dissipation management methods.
Wire Coil Condenser
The condenser is small in size, light in weight, good in heat dissipation, and convenient for mechanized production. Wire coil condenser is also called wire tube condenser. Its serpentine coils are made of thin steel plate with copper plating on the surface. A wire with a diameter of 1. Both sides of the coil are evenly welded with 5 ~ 2mm for heat dissipation.
Shuttered Condenser
The louvered condenser is to tightly embed, expand or spot weld the coil on the heat dissipation of the louver-shaped air hole and the steel plate, as shown in the data below. Coils can usually be made of red copper (pure copper) tubes, and heat-dissipating steel plates are made of ordinary carbon steel plate technology. The structural design through the development of the condenser is relatively simple, but the effect of heat dissipation is relatively poor.
2. Built-in condenser
At present, most refrigerators use built-in condensers, and the serpentine coils are attached to the back or inner side of the thin steel plate on the back or side of the refrigerator box by extruded or glued aluminum foil, and the outer wall of the refrigerator box is used to dissipate heat.
The built-in condenser has the advantages of small footprint and easy to touch, but the cooling performance of the condenser is not as good as that of the exposed condenser, and the maintenance of the condenser is also more troublesome because the condenser is located in the refrigerator box.
3. Air-cooled condenser
The condenser has compact structure, high heat dissipation efficiency and large heat dissipation. Forced convection cooling (air cooling) is usually employed to improve heat dissipation efficiency. Air-cooled condensers are used in large refrigerators and consist of pure copper tubes and fins. The pure copper tube is welded on the fins, and together with the fins, it is made into a rectangular parallelepiped, and then installed on the cabinet wall.
