2. Working principle of heat exchanger

3. Mechanical structure of heat exchanger

Heat exchangers such as jacketed heat exchangers are made by installing a jacket on the outer wall of the container and have a simple structure. However, the heating surface is limited by the wall of the container, and the heat transfer coefficient is not high. In order to improve the heat transfer coefficient and uniformly heat the liquid in the kettle, a stirrer can be installed in the kettle. When cooling water and non-phase-change heating agent flow in the casing, spiral partitions and other turbulent measures can also be set on the casing to improve the heat supply coefficient on the casing side. In order to make up for the lack of heat transfer surface, a coiled tube can also be installed inside the pot.

Submerged coiled tube heat exchanger This heat exchanger is a heat exchanger that bends metal tubes into various shapes to match the container and is immersed in the liquid in the container. The heat transfer rate is small and the heat coefficient is small, and a stirrer can be installed in the container.

Shower type heat exchanger This type of heat exchanger arranges the heat transfer tubes and fixes them on the bench, the hot fluid flows in the tubes, and the cooling water flows down evenly from the shower device above, so it is also called the shower cooler sleeve type. Heat Exchanger Sleeve heat exchangers are straight tube concentric sleeves of different diameters connected with U-bends.
